I am currently an Associate Professor at the University of Birjand, Iran, The Executive Board of the Association of Iranian Public Libraries, and The Chair of Dr. Atiyeh Prize for Middle East Librarian Assignation. I was awarded the Erasmundus Postdoc scholarship at the University of Warsaw in 2012. I have done my Ph.D. at the University of Mysore in India.
