Chapter Assembly Deputy Director

The Chapter Assembly Deputy Directory will advance to Chapter Assembly Director after one year as Deputy Director.

The role of the Deputy Director is to:

• Assist the Director with their responsibilities (below)
• Take notes at the Annual Meeting of the Assembly
• Serve as the Chapter liaison to ASIS&T Committees at the discretion of the Assembly Director

The role of the Chapter Assembly Director is to:

• Lead the Chapter Assembly
• Call, plan and manage Chapter Assembly Meetings
• Solicit Chapter officers lists, budgets, annual reports
• Chair of the Chapter Awards Jury
• Present Chapter awards at Annual Meeting
• Serve as the Chapter liaison to ASIS&T Committees at the discretion of the ASIS&T President

In addition to representing the interests of the Chapter to the Board, the Assembly Director must also maintain formal and informal lines of communication with the Chapter Assembly and each Chapter.
