Dear all,
The meeting was attended by Bhakti Gala, Crystal Fulton and me. It was very fruitful. We've decided to put forward 2 proposals for the Fund:
1. Dealing with COVID and saving people's lives in South Asia (SA) areas & beyond - A health informatics/promotion project. This proposal plans to create 10 videos in the SA, EU and AP areas and targets helping adults in SA areas & beyond.
2. International digital story writing competition for children. The theme is "Stay safe with COVID". Children and teens from lower primary to upper secondary will create a digital story (fiction or nonfiction) about their learning/experience regarding COVID.
Bhakti, representing the SA Chapter, will lead the first project and submit a proposal for the Funding. Crystal and I will help as collaborators.
Crystal, representing the EU Chapter, will lead the second project and also submit a proposal for the Funding. Bhakti and I will help as collaborators.
We, of course, welcome any Chapter members to join the 2 proposed projects. Some preliminary ideas for the 2 proposals have been developed and they are available at
