DIPF Frankfurt is offering two PhD positions that might be of interest for you.
The two positions are full-time 3 years, the research areas are digitality in education, educational infrastructures and open educational resources.
Candidates will be involved in national funded research projects. They will guide the outcomes of those projects and get the chance to work with various research partners. They should be motivated to work autonomously and in a larger team.
